Currently, we offer two highly mature and client-approved non-standard automated production lines: Marker Pen Nib Production Line and Laboratory Plastic Pipette Production Line
Custom Marker Pen Nib Production Line
This equipment was developed after customizing it for our customer, leading to the research and development of complementary devices. It is designed for the automatic production of felt pen fiber nibs. The system encompasses processes such as molding, drying, cutting, and shaping of the fiber nibs.
Custom Laboratory Plastic Pipette Production Line
This fully automated production equipment was developed in collaboration with our clients. Through extensive production experiences with various customers, we carefully selected the most suitable suppliers for the complementary equipment. Specifically designed for the production of laboratory pipettes made from PS. It is capable of manufacturing tubes in all standard sizes, ensuring clarity and precise measurements.
