About Jinxin — China Single Screw Extruder Manufacturer
We focus on the single screw extrusion lines we know well, and test each project around the buyer’s actual product requirements before shipment.
Jinxin Extruder (Yuyao Jiangbei Jinxin Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd.) was founded in 2012 in Ningbo, Zhejiang. Founder Jason Shen brings more than 20 years of shop-floor experience in screw manufacturing, electrical assembly and extrusion line commissioning.
As a China single screw extruder manufacturer, Jinxin focuses on custom single screw extrusion lines for pipe, hose, profile, dip tube and TPE band production. Each project is reviewed around the buyer’s material, product size, quality requirements and factory conditions before we recommend a configuration.
Why We Narrowed Our Product Range
In the past, Jason’s factory had the ability to build many types of single screw equipment, including granulators, sheet lines and basic profile equipment. Over time, we found that some categories were mainly driven by the lowest purchase price, leaving little room for the steel thickness, electrical standards and testing work needed for long-term reliability.
That was not the direction Jinxin wanted to take.
We chose to narrow our product range and focus on single screw extrusion lines where our tooling experience, electrical know-how and production testing can make a real difference to overseas buyers.
“We would rather quote a practical line we can stand behind than stretch into a project where price is the only decision.”
— Jason Shen, Founder of Jinxin Extruder

Details That Help Operators After Delivery
We do not design only for the quotation sheet. Many useful details come from watching how operators install, run and maintain the line after delivery
For high-speed braided hose lines, a weak frame can shake under production load. Jinxin uses heavier structures where stability affects hose quality and long-term machine life.
After a customer complained about rewiring a standalone loader, we started using aviation plugs on auxiliary equipment where practical. This makes installation and troubleshooting easier for the buyer’s team.
After hearing about poor factory lighting during maintenance, we added simple details such as a USB port inside the control cabinet where useful. These are not big selling points, but they make the line easier to work with.
How We Reduce Overseas Commissioning Risk
Buying an extrusion line is only the first step. The harder part is getting it to produce the right product in your factory with fewer surprises. Jinxin reduces that risk before shipment by checking the parts that matter most.
- Final electrical inspection: Before production testing, Jason checks the electrical cabinet, wiring connections and safety-related details. A stable production run starts with a safe and reliable electrical system.
- Die matching under real extrusion conditions: Jinxin runs the agreed product type through the complete line, including extruder, die, cooling and haul-off. The goal is to check whether the die core and sleeve can produce the required size and shape under real extrusion conditions. For modified materials such as TPE, we may ask the buyer to send sample pellets before testing.
- Startup references recorded: After the product runs stably, we record practical startup references such as temperature zones, screw speed, haul-off speed, vacuum settings and cutting or winding settings. These numbers help the buyer’s operator start from a tested baseline instead of spending extra time and material finding the first workable setup.

Electrical and Control Choices for Serviceability

For overseas buyers, the real cost is not only the machine price. Downtime, unstable output and slow troubleshooting across time zones can cost more than the original saving.
That is why Jinxin treats electrical and control selection as part of production reliability, not just a cost item. We choose components and wiring practices that are practical to maintain, replace and troubleshoot in overseas factories.
- Stability first: Key electrical choices are screened for long-term reliability, not only for the lowest purchase cost.
- Service-friendly wiring: Clear wiring, practical layout and accessible components make remote support and local maintenance easier.
- Documented settings: Production testing and startup references help your team understand the line before full production begins.
This approach is reflected in our CE-certified electrical systems, which are built for compliance and serviceability in global markets.
Meet Jason Shen, Founder and Lead Engineer
Jason Shen did not start in sales. After university, he joined his uncle’s screw manufacturing factory and worked from the ground up as an electrician and assembly technician.
When his uncle retired in 2012, Jason took over the facility and founded the Jinxin brand. This hands-on background is why he pays close attention to screw application, wiring safety, die matching and the practical problems buyers face after delivery.
Jason holds a nationally certified Electrician Operation Certificate issued under China’s Ministry of Emergency Management. He is personally involved in the final electrical inspection and production test before shipment because electrical safety and wiring reliability are the foundation of stable overseas commissioning.

Verified Credentials & Compliance
As a China single screw extruder manufacturer operating from our own facility in Ningbo, Jinxin is a fully registered legal entity. We welcome third-party audits and factory inspections when buyers need supplier verification before placing an order.
Our equipment is CE-certified and built with safety, documentation and overseas serviceability in mind.
NDA-Friendly Project References
Jinxin works with different types of manufacturers, from growing factories to international groups with structured purchasing and quality requirements. Many buyers choose us because they need predictable delivery, clear documentation and a supplier who takes commissioning seriously.

Some projects involve product details, end customers or supply-chain relationships that cannot be published openly. For that reason, we do not display customer names or logos without permission. When needed, we can share project context, delivery scope and reference details in an NDA-friendly way.
FAQs About Choosing a China Single Screw Extruder Manufacturer
What should I look for when choosing among Chinese extruder manufacturers?
Look beyond factory size and catalog range. A reliable supplier should understand your material form, product size, tolerance requirement, downstream process and factory conditions.
For single screw extrusion, Jinxin focuses on the details that affect production: screw application, die matching, cooling, haul-off stability, electrical safety and startup data. You work directly with the people who build and test the line, not only with a sales layer.
Do you manufacture twin screw extruders?
No. Jinxin focuses on single screw extrusion lines. This is a deliberate choice because it keeps our engineering, tooling and testing resources concentrated on one technology.
If your project requires a conical twin screw extruder for rigid PVC powder processing, we will tell you upfront instead of selling a line that does not fit the material.
Can your single screw extruder process rigid PVC powder?
No. Single screw extruders are designed for polymer pellets or granules, such as PP, PE, PC, TPE and PVC pellets. If your raw material is rigid PVC powder or dry blend, you usually need a conical twin screw extruder for proper plasticization.
Jinxin focuses on single screw technology for pelletized materials where the line can run with better stability. Learn the differences between single and twin screw extruders.
Can one extrusion line produce all sizes by only changing the die?
Not reliably. Size changes affect more than the die. Screw diameter, cooling length, haul-off stability, cutting or winding method and factory layout all influence whether the product can run well.
As a Chinese extruder manufacturer with 14+ years of single screw experience, Jinxin recommends a line setup that matches the buyer’s practical size range instead of promising one machine for everything.
What information do you need to recommend the right line?
We usually need your material form, target product drawing or size range, quality requirement, expected capacity range, factory voltage and downstream needs such as cutting, winding, coiling or stacking.
With this information, our engineering team can recommend a practical configuration and flag anything unrealistic before you commit. Request a line configuration.
Do you sell used or refurbished extrusion lines?
No. Every Jinxin line is built new according to the buyer’s product and configuration requirements. Used and refurbished lines may look attractive on price, but hidden wear on screws, barrels, gearboxes and electrical systems can create downtime later.
For overseas buyers sourcing an extruder from China, a new line with checked electrical systems, matched tooling and recorded startup references is usually the safer long-term choice.
