About Jinxin– Single Screw Extruder Manufacturer
User-Friendly Solutions for Rigid & Flexible Plastic Extrusion
Precision engineering for pellet & granule thermoplastics (PVC, TPE, PP, PE, PC, PMMA etc).
As a Single Screw Extruder Manufacturer, Jinxin Extruder helps overseas buyers reduce commissioning risk and downtime through technician-led engineering, verified factory testing, and practical start-up support designed for real operators.
Who we are:
Jinxin Extruder (legal entity: Yuyao Jiangbei Jinxin Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd.
How we reduce overseas risk:
FAT run-test + in-house tooling verification/adjustment + preset start-up parameters
What we focus on:
Single screw extrusion equipment and line integration
What you gain:
operator-friendly start-up, less routine maintenance, stable output, and more consistent dimensions—so you reduce defects, waste, and downtime.
How a Single Screw Extrusion Line Manufacturer Reduces Overseas Risk
Buying equipment across borders adds risk—unexpected wiring issues, unstable start-up, wrong tooling dimensions, and long back-and-forth during commissioning. We reduce that risk with a practical acceptance workflow that proves stability before shipment and helps your team start faster after arrival.
What we do before shipment:
- Electrical inspection sign-off: our founder Jason performs a final inspection of key electrical wiring assembly before shipment (he is also our most experienced electrical engineer and holds relevant certifications).
- Factory Acceptance Test (FAT): we run the line and verify stability with test production.
- Tooling verification & adjustment in-house: because we manufacture our own tooling, we can verify key dimensions during testing and adjust when needed.
- Preset start-up parameters: we record practical settings such as main motor speed reference, temperature zone setpoints, haul-off speed, and other relevant values by line type.
What you get after arrival:
- You don’t need to “start from guessing.” Your team can reference our preset parameters and documentation to ramp up faster, reduce trial waste, and reach stable production sooner.
- Remote guidance is standard. Paid on-site installation/commissioning is available by project.
Before Shipment (FAT Workflow)

Our History (Built from the Shop Floor)
Founded in 2012, Jinxin Extruder grew from hands-on manufacturing experience. Our founder Jason began his journey over 20 years ago as an apprentice in his uncle’s extruder factory. He learned extrusion through real work—assembly, troubleshooting, wiring checks, and commissioning on production lines.
That shop-floor background shaped our philosophy: we don’t sell “one line fits all.” We configure responsibly based on your product range and process needs—because stable production is better for you, and it is better for us.
How We Work (Configuration That Protects Your Production)
A responsible supplier is not just selling equipment—we are responsible for whether your line can run steadily in real production.
Our principle is simple: we recommend the most reasonable configuration for your target range—even if it means saying no to an unrealistic setup. As a single screw extrusion line manufacturer, we believe responsible extrusion line configuration is the foundation of long-term stability. Stable production is a win for both sides: when you run smoothly and profit, long-term cooperation becomes natural.
Selected for Reliability
For overseas buyers, the real cost is not the machine price—it’s downtime, unstable output, and slow problem-solving across time zones. That’s why we treat electrical and control selection as a reliability standard, not a cost-cutting decision.
As a reliable single screw extrusion line manufacturer, we standardize and refine our electrical and control choices through long-term applications and customer feedback—so the line is easier to run, easier to maintain, and easier to support remotely.
Component selection and documentation are refined continuously through real customer feedback.
Trusted by International Manufacturers (NDA-Friendly)
Our work supports a wide range of manufacturers—from growing factories to larger international groups with structured purchasing processes and strict stability requirements.
Many customers come to us because they need predictable delivery, clear documentation, and a partner who takes commissioning and long-term support seriously.
