Built by Engineers, Not Marketers

About Jinxin — China Single Screw Extruder Manufacturer

We don’t compete on factory square footage or catalog breadth. We engineer and test every line for the specific products we know we can deliver with real stability.

Jinxin Extruder (Yuyao Jiangbei Jinxin Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd.) was founded in 2012 in Ningbo, Zhejiang. Our founder, Jason Shen, brings over 20 years of shop-floor experience to every project. We focus exclusively on single screw extrusion lines for pipe, hose, profile, and TPE band — and we only accept projects where our tooling precision and FAT testing can deliver real stability.

Our Philosophy: Why We Do Less

What We Stopped Doing (And Why)

In the past, Jason’s factory had the capability to manufacture almost every type of single screw equipment—including granulators, sheet lines, and basic profiles. However, we realized that buyers in those specific categories were driven entirely by the lowest price. They just wanted something that “barely worked.” That doesn’t fit our values.

“We refuse to compromise on electrical safety, component reliability, or steel thickness just to win a price war.”

Because of this, we made a conscious decision to shrink our product catalog. Today, we focus exclusively on lines where our tooling precision, process experience, and FAT testing establish a definitive advantage.

We Engineer for the Operator (Detail Matters)

Instead of mass production, we obsess over the details that actually matter on your factory floor

Heavy-Duty Steel for High-Speed Stability

We never cut corners on raw materials. For high-speed braided hose lines, inadequate steel causes violent vibration. We use heavily reinforced structures to absorb that force, keeping your line stable for years.

The Logic of Aviation Plugs

A customer told us how frustrating it was to rewire a standalone loader. Now, all auxiliary equipment has aviation plugs that connect directly to the main machine. No electrician needed—saving you hours of overseas troubleshooting.

The USB Port Detail

After a customer mentioned poor factory lighting, we added a USB port inside our control cabinets. Not for the spec sheet, but so your operator can plug in a desk lamp or charge their phone during a long shift.

How a China Single Screw Extruder Manufacturer Reduces Overseas Risk

Buying a machine is easy; getting it to run stably in your factory is the real challenge. We prove stability before shipment through three non-negotiable steps:

  • Factory Acceptance Test (FAT): We run the line with real test production and record preset start-up parameters. Your team doesn’t start from guessing.
  • In-House Tooling Verification: Because we manufacture our own tooling, we verify key dimensions and adjust them on the spot during testing.
  • Final Electrical Sign-Off: Jason personally inspects every electrical wiring assembly before the line leaves our floor.

Control & Electronics: Selected for Reliability

For overseas buyers, the real cost is not the machine price—it’s downtime, unstable output, and slow problem-solving across time zones. That’s why we treat electrical and control selection as a reliability standard, not a cost-cutting decision.

We standardize and refine our electrical choices through long-term applications and customer feedback—so the line is easier to run, maintain, and support remotely.

  • Stability first: choices are screened for long-term reliability, not “cheapest possible.”
  • Service-friendly: we prefer components and wiring practices that are easier to troubleshoot and replace.
  • Proven by delivery: the same standards are applied through FAT run-testing and documented start-up settings.

This approach is reflected in our CE-certified electrical systems, which are built for compliance and serviceability in global markets.

Meet the Founder & Lead Engineer

Jason Shen didn’t start in sales; he started on the shop floor. After graduating from university, he joined his uncle’s screw manufacturing factory, working from the ground up as an electrician and assembly technician.

When his uncle retired in 2012, Jason took over the facility and founded the Jinxin brand. This deep-rooted, hands-on background is why he intimately understands the mechanical behavior of every single-screw application.

Unlike typical corporate founders, Jason holds a nationally certified Electrician Operation Certificate (issued under China’s Ministry of Emergency Management). He personally conducts the final electrical inspection and sign-off on every extrusion line before shipment. He believes that electrical safety and wiring reliability are the absolute foundation of stable overseas commissioning.

Verified Credentials & Compliance

As a China single screw extruder manufacturer operating out of our own facility in Ningbo, we are a fully registered legal entity. We welcome third-party audits and factory inspections at any time.

Our equipment is CE-certified and manufactured in strict compliance with international safety standards to ensure smooth importation and safe operation globally.

Trusted by International Manufacturers (NDA-Friendly)

Our work supports a wide range of manufacturers—from growing factories to larger international groups with structured purchasing processes and strict stability requirements.

Many customers come to us because they need predictable delivery, clear documentation, and a partner who takes commissioning and long-term support seriously.

Frequently Asked Questions

Large factories compete on sheer volume. We are an engineer-led team that competes on shop-floor details. We focus on heavy-duty components, operator-friendly designs, and 100% Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).

No. We focus exclusively on single screw extrusion lines.

Not always. Size changes affect more than just the tooling—screw size, cooling length, and haul-off stability must match the product. We recommend configurations that strictly match your target range to reduce defects and material waste.

For export projects, we provide a production-oriented delivery package: FAT run-test evidence, documented start-up references (baseline speeds/temperatures and related settings by line type), and remote commissioning support. Optional on-site installation/commissioning is available by arrangement.

We typically confirm your material form (pellets/granules), target size range, output target, and whether you need cutting or winding. With these basics, we can propose a practical configuration and avoid unrealistic setups.
