Extrusion Line Installation and Commissioning Services

From Delivery to Production: A Verified Path to Profit.

The arrival of your machinery is just the beginning. At Jinxin Extruder, we provide comprehensive Extrusion Line Installation and Commissioning services designed to bridge the gap between “machine on the floor” and “sellable product.”

Whether you require our cost-effective Remote Start-up Package or our premium On-Site Engineering Support, our goal is the same: a stable, documented, and risk-free launch for your plastic extrusion business.

Option 1: Remote Start-up Support (Data-Driven & Efficient)

  • Visual Verification (The FAT Video):
  • We record the machine running at full speed with your material before shipment. This video serves as your visual standard.
  • The “Recipe” (Preset Parameter Sheet):
  • We provide the Extrusion Process Parameter Setup (temperatures, speeds, pressures) recorded during the successful FAT. Inputting these values gives you a 90% head start.
  • Simplified Hardware Logic:
Aviation Plugs: Quick-connect design. No complex wiring.
Clear Labeling: English labels matching layout drawings.

Option 2: On-Site Extrusion Machine Installation & Operator Training

Expert Hands-On Support at Your Factory.

If you prefer Jinxin experts on your factory floor to manage the Extrusion Line Installation and Commissioning, we offer comprehensive on-site services.

  • Precision Setup: We handle the leveling, alignment, and fine-tuning of the extruder and downstream equipment to ensure mechanical precision.
  • Live Commissioning: We run the line until it reaches the agreed dimensional stability.
  • Extruder Operator Training:
  • We don’t just run the machine; we provide hands-on extruder operator training to teach your staff how to run the line independently.
  • Cleaning & Maintenance routines (eg: screen changing)
Basic Troubleshooting (eg: Handling wall thickness variation, pressure spikes)

Pro Tip for New Entrants:

Even if you plan to hire our engineer for final training (Option 2), we highly recommend using this Remote Support logic to complete the physical installation (water, electricity, air) before our engineer arrives. This saves you days of paid engineer time.

The Factory Acceptance Test (FAT): Verified Performance.

A successful extrusion line installation and commissioning process begins long before the machine reaches your factory—it starts with Precision Configuration

Before production starts, we analyze your specific voltage requirements and product nuances (e.g., determining if vacuum sizing or natural cooling is best for your application) to ensure the line is tailored to your reality.

  • In-House Mold Integration:
We build the mold in-house to match the extruder perfectly. This ensures the die head and machine work as a unified system.Add a list item
  • Rigorous Tuning Process:
Testing is not a quick pass/fail check; it is a multi-day process of fine-tuning. We adjust the mold, calibrate temperatures, and refine the process until the product meets the agreed specifications.
  • The “Digital FAT” Preference:
While on-site visits are possible, we highly recommend our Digital FAT protocol.
  • Since the tuning phase involves unpredictable timing and intense engineering focus, receiving a comprehensive Video Report and Parameter Sheet is often the most efficient way for you to verify performance without travel delays.

FAQ: Extrusion Line Installation and Commissioning Support

We provide continuous Remote Technical Guidance. If the parameter sheet requires adjustment due to material differences, our engineers can analyze your production video and guide you via video call to fine-tune the settings.

You are welcome to visit, but most clients prefer our Digital FAT process. Because the testing phase involves complex fine-tuning that can span several days, scheduling a precise time for a visit can be difficult. Our detailed Video Evidence and data logs provide a reliable verification method, saving you time and travel costs.

To facilitate a smooth extrusion line installation and commissioning phase, we recommend having power, water, and compressed air connected to the designated machine location.

Crucially, you must have sufficient raw material ready. Unless you shipped your specific material to us for the FAT, slight property differences (e.g., melt flow index) may require on-site fine-tuning. Having your material ready allows us to adjust the parameters immediately upon arrival.

Yes. Our extruder operator training is delivered as part of the on-site installation and commissioning process, with a strong focus on hands-on, scenario-based training rather than classroom theory. Since every extrusion line installation and commissioning project is unique and time is limited, we recommend your team prepare a Question List in advance. Our engineer will answer these specific queries while debugging the machine.

On the final day, your technicians will operate the line themselves under our supervision to ensure they can handle real-world production scenarios.
