Required Inputs for Quotation

Send us your product drawing/sample,and information below, We will recommend the right line scope and define FAT acceptance criteria before production.

Voltage: Your industrial voltage (e.g., 380V/50Hz) determines motor selection.
Material Form: Granules or Pellets? (Note: We do not supply twin-screw extruders for PVC powder dry blend).
Dimensions: Target Min/Max OD and Thickness range.
Application: Final use dictates the screw design and downstream layout.

RFQ Checklist & Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)

Product drawing or sample (OD/ID, tolerance, surface requirement)
Material grade and supplier info (MFI / hardness if TPE)
Product structure (single / multi-layer / reinforced)
Target output range (kg/h) and line speed expectations
Power supply standard and installation constraints (space, height, ventilation)
Downstream requirements: cutting, coiling, printing, packaging, inspection

A typical FAT is defined before production and may include:

Continuous running stability test (duration agreed)
Dimensional check vs. agreed tolerance (method agreed)
Surface/appearance criteria based on agreed visual standard
Output verification against agreed target range (material/spec dependent)
Recorded parameter sheet handover based on FAT settings
Final output and stability depend on material grade, tooling design, cooling conditions, and downstream synchronization.

It means the machine is built for global reliability. We use top-tier electrical components (like Siemens, ABB, Omron) that are easy to source locally.

The wiring uses aviation plugs for fast connection, and all labels/manuals are in clear English.

This design allows many of our clients to install the line remotely with our video guidance, saving the cost of flying in an engineer.

The cost depends entirely on the configuration (screw diameter, motor power, downstream length).

A generic price list is often misleading because it doesn’t account for your specific output and tolerance needs.

We provide a configuration-based quotation within 48 hours of receiving your product specs.
